How to Install Automatic Hand Dryers
Electric hand dryers are a must-have item for every business bathroom, providing a more sanitary method for lavatory customers to dry their hands while also being much less expensive than paper towels. But the issue is,
How do you install Your Brand New Eectric Hand Dryer(s) in your restroom after you've bought them?
Putting your Automatic Hand Dryer in Place
It is important to consider the overall layout of your bathroom when choosing where to place your hand dryers.
Consider the flow of traffic through the bathroom; you don't want to place the dryer in a location that forces people to walk in front of heavy footfall areas, such as directly next to the door.
You should also position the drier as close to the sinks as feasible; by shortening the distance the user must walk, you will be able to reduce water leakage from their hands onto the floor.
In addition to all of these considerations, you need think about the mounting height of your dryers and who will be utilising them.
If you are putting them in a school bathroom, the dryers must be the right height for the kids; otherwise, if you are installing them in a public area, you should offer a variety of installation heights to accommodate all of your prospective users.
The height of the hand dryer is dictated by whether it is a blade type hand drier that requires the user to bend down to insert their hand or a blow down hand dryer that requires the user to position their hands underneath the unit.
